Our world-class staff provides one of the most well-rounded and complete teacher trainings available while being inspired in the incredible Rocky Mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado. Graduate prepared to teach a variety of yoga styles while you develop and deepen your personal practice. You will walk away with an advanced study of asana, the science and art of sequencing, informed use of props, discovery of your teaching voice, the history and philosophy of yoga, and how to get started as a yoga teacher. You can expect experiences and instruction in:

  • Sanskrit + Mantras

  • Philosophy + History

  • Pranayama + Asana

  • Meditations + Mudras

  • Experiences in Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Prenatal + Postpartum Yoga

  • Anatomy + Subtle Body Energetics

  • Ayurveda

  • Mythology + Storytelling

  • Teaching + Sequencing Methodologies 

  • Ethics + Conflict Resolution

  • Hands on Assists

  • Business of Yoga + Branding

INVESTMENT

  • $250 Non Refundable Deposit required to reserve your spot.

  • Early Registration Paid in full by August 1: $2600

  • General Tuition Paid in Full by September 1: $2750

  • After September 1: $2850
