Learn practical + accessible tools for your diet, daily routine, exercise habits, and yoga practices that will leave you feeling plentiful throughout the seasons of life. These simple + powerful tools will have a lasting effect on your health, vitality + longevity.
The practices of Ayurveda are specifically helpful for yoga teachers, body workers and other healing modalities that are in need of enhancing their personal self-care in order to continue to give 100% to their clients. Additionally, Ayurveda interweaves well with most healing modalities and will provide you with a kit of resources to help your clients.

No prior experience/understanding of Ayurveda is necessary!

~Overview of the five elements and Ayurvedic constitutions (doshas), including a personal constitution assessment
~Food! The 6 tastes of Ayurveda, healthy eating habits and how to eat for the season + for your specific constitution
~Daily routines + cleansing practices to enhance your energy + vitality
~Yoga, meditation, and pranayama (breathwork) for your dosha
~Healthy cleansing routines
~Cook a group Ayurvedic lunch
