Your Retreat Guide
Retreats combine three of my favorite things: travel, yoga and connection. These core experiences help me to stay grounded, inspired and true to my self and the opportunity to share them with others through yoga, nature, and community is an amazing gift.
As a yoga teacher, I invite you to explore breath, mindful movement, intention and meditation, to remember wholeness and align your with your highest potential on and off the mat. As a retreat leader, I thoughtfully consider and curate all the details of our journey and hold space for you to relax and reset in your our way.
Together - we will explore inner and outer realms, soak in the beauty of nature, revel in moments of everyday magic and return to center.
