SEQUENCING STRATEGIES

Learn how to plan, create and deliver potent and powerful yoga classes. This training is open to yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners interested in learning more about intelligent sequencing strategies and to bring more awareness, skill and intention to every class. Topics that will be covered include:

• Vinyasa Krama

• Energetics

• Biomechanics

• Peak Pose Sequencing

• Arc Sequencing

• Alignment Focused Sequencing

• Meditation

• Pranayama

• Sequencing for the Seasons

This (20) hour training is open to curious yogis and yoga teachers alike, is limited to (20) participants and is Yoga Alliance Certified for (20) CEUs. It also counts towards hours for participants in Meta's 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training. Minimum participation of 6 students must be enrolled by October 30th for this training to take place.
