Celebrate the Spring Equinox with an afternoon of self care at Frisco Massage and Healing Arts. Enjoy a yin poses using a variety of props including the yoga wall, bolsters, blankets and more with individual Reiki support, energy healing and clearing during the poses. The practice will close with a 20 minute sound bath while you rest in Savasana. Leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This event limited to 6 participants. Pre-registration is required.
